What is BookitUp?
One place to book everything an occasion needs — the wedding hall, the caterer, the décor, the lighting, the photographer. You tell it the date, the city, the guest count and the budget; it comes back with vendors who are genuinely free that day and a price in writing. You pay the advance once, through us.
How does it work?
Say what you are planning in a sentence. You get a shortlist with real prices and real availability, side by side. Pick who you want, pay one advance, and every booking sits on one calendar with the thread and the terms attached to it.
Who is it for?
Anyone booking more than one vendor for one date — nikah, mehndi, barat, walima, an engagement, a birthday, a corporate dinner. If it is a single cake from a single bakery, you do not need us. If it is a hall plus catering plus décor on a Saturday in December, you probably do.
How is this different from calling vendors myself?
You can absolutely call them yourself. It takes about thirty conversations, nobody quotes the same way twice, and none of them can see each other's dates. Here the quotes are comparable, the calendar is shared, and there is a record of what was agreed if the day does not go the way it was sold to you.
Is my money protected?
Your advance is held in escrow by a licensed payments partner, not handed to the vendor. It is released after your event, not before it. That is the whole difference between a booking and a bank transfer to a stranger.
What if a vendor cancels?
The money never reached the vendor, so there is nobody to chase. It comes back to you, and we go back to the shortlist we already built for your date and find the replacement.
What does it cost me?
Nothing to search, shortlist or compare. On the vendor's side there is no commission on the contract value of a venue — that is the point of the model. For venues and large catering there is a flat booking fee plus a payment-protection fee on the protected advance, both shown in full before you confirm. The platform price is contractually the lowest the vendor offers anywhere.
Which cities are live?
None yet — BookitUp has not opened for bookings. Karachi is first, with Lahore and Islamabad next, because a search is only useful once there are enough vendors in a city to return a real shortlist. Join the waiting list and we will email you once, when your city opens.
